From April 2014 Leo (PD0HFP) and Frans (PA5CA) will be mobile active from Morocco with CN2CA call sign. Abdou, CN8VO has taking care about this mater.. click here for Abdou\u2019s website. We would like to thank Jos PD0JOS (CN2OS) for his wonderful support and for bringing us in contact with Abdou\u2026<\/p>\n

It will be a desert round trip, the return way is planed though the Atlas mountain range.The 4\u00d74 is an Jeep Wrangler unlimited, stretched version\u2026 by the end of February the Jeep will modified for this trip like;
\nNew air intake
\nLED lightbar
\n315x70x17\u2033 all terrain tires.
\nSpecial suspension, body lifted 9 cm
\n6000Kg Winch and air compressor
\nNew rear bumper with towing-hooks.<\/p>\n

The Jeep will be equipped with an Icom 7100 + HiQ-6 HF antenna and Henry SS750 PA.
\nSpecial credit to Dick PA3DUV for his technical support and HiQ equipment.<\/p>\n

There is no detailed travel information available yet\u2026 keep following us.. the page will be frequently up-dated.
\nUPDATE:
\nWe received travel information, we have to arrive the 5th of April in France, place called Vesdun (central France close to the A71), approx 850Km. The next day we have to be in Barcelona Spain, that\u2019s another 850Km. We embark from Barcelona to Morocco, estimated arrival Morocco the 7th of April .<\/p>\n

Zeer gaaf wat jullie doen. Alle twee de hobby\u2019s zo bedrijven. Echt top. Ik rij zelf ook al jaren Jeep en heb bijvoorbeeld ook in Sclan Belgie gereden. Verder een echte Radio amateur naast de Jeep die ik heb.
